Heard Mr. Ashutosh Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Govt. Advocate for the State. 2. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks the following relief(s): “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.05.2026 passed by Respondent. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 12.05.2026 passed by Respondent. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reconsider the petitioner's case for premature release strictly in accordance with law. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct reconsideration within a time-bound period, preferably within 60 days. 3 10.5 Any other relief or reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted also.” 3. From perusal of the relief clause of the present petition, it transpires that the petitioner has challenged only order dated 12.05.2026 which is a communication of the order dated 07.05.2026 whereby the petitioner’s case for premature release has been rejected. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it afresh seeking appropriate reliefs. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
