Accordingly, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Aminur Khan @ Ghunti Aminur be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
