The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.54/2026 registered at Police Station Jawaja, District Beawar for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 140(3) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. [2026:RJ-JP:14527] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-4628/2026] 3. Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that except petitioner No. 2 Narendra Singh none of the petitioners have been named in the FIR. It is also submitted that the case initially pertained to allegations of rash and negligent driving; however, the police have subsequently arrested the petitioners on false and concocted grounds. As per the material available on record, none of the injuries allegedly sustained by the complainants Manish and Rahul opined as dangerous to life and all the injuries have been declared simple in nature. The petitioners have been in judicial custody since 11.03.2026 with criminal past of one case against each of them in which they are already enlarged on bail. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, consequently the bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Dashrath S/o Sohan Singh, Narendra Singh @ Kali S/o Hukkum Singh, Vikram Singh @ Vikky S/o Bhagwan Singh & Arjun Singh S/o Dausingh, shall be released on bail on their [2026:RJ-JP:14527] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-4628/2026] furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before the Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
