Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is overt action on the part of the concerned police authority in carrying out the order passed. At the same time, it is also submitted that ingress and egress of the petitioner is obstructed. 3. Learned advocate representing the respondent nos.7 to 9 disputes the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and it is further submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is civil in nature. It is also submitted that respondent nos.7 to 9 have right over the land in question. 4. State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 2 5. In the event there is overt action on the part of the concerned police authorities in carrying out the order passed by the Magistrate, in that event petitioner is required to approach the Magistrate. 6. However, from the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and respondent nos.7 to 9, it transpires that the dispute is concerning land in question as well as ingress and egress of the petitioner. Police authorities are not the appropriate authority to decide right of the parties over the land in question and parties are required to approach the civil court in pursuit of remedy. 7. Hence, present writ petition is not interfered with and same is dismissed. 8. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. 9.
