State of Haryana and another. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the issue raised in the present appeal has already been decided in LPA No. 1810 of 2025 titled as Aas Mohammad and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 23.04.2026 and the present appeal be also disposed of in the same terms. 3. Ordered accordingly. 4. As, notice is not being issued to the private respondents, in case private respondents are prejudiced by this order, they will be at liberty to file an application seeking revival of the present appeal. 5.
