JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 2 29-07-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024 instituted under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 28.06.2024 by the informant, Sunita Kumari. 3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 27.06.2024, when she came and found her tractor/trailer missing. As he went out for search, found two persons trying to escape. One, Vikash Kumar was caught who gave the name of other as this petitioner. This led to the FIR. 4. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has come in the confessional statement, no role was played by him. 5. Learned APP, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh has taken Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49170 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 2/2 this Court to para-03 to show that he has four criminal antecedents. Two of which, belong to the same nature. Further, the case is of the year 2024. 6. Taking into account the submissions aforesaid as also that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, it would be appropriate that he seek bail. 7. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
