Sri.N.S.Narasimha Swamy., counsel has appeared in person and submits that he undertakes to file power on behalf of the respondents. Submission is noted. Office is directed to accept the vakalath that would be filed by counsel Sri.N.S.Narasimha Swamy. 2. Though the matter is listed today for preliminary hearing, it is heard. 3. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35580 WP No. 20842 of 2026 a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction, qushing the office order bearing No.KeReBo/BhuTaReKiBiSam/Bilas/DePrayaYa/KruPraKa/ Bilaspur/2025-26/3497 dated 10.03.2026 issued by the 2nd respondent, the original of which is produced and marked as Annexure-B to this writ petition. b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction, directing the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner as Skilled Farm Worker (TS) till he attains the age of 60 years to meet the ends of justice. c) Pass such other order / orders as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 4. Counsel for the respective parties jointly submit that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. Counsel, therefore, submits that the captioned Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. The captioned Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. 6. A Writ of Certiorari is ordered. The Memorandum dated:10.03.2026 vide Annexure-B is quashed. The petitioner is entitled to continue in employment under respondent - Board till he attains the age of superannuation of 60 years subject to all the Rules and Regulations applicable to the employment of the petitioner.
