Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to forthwith consider and decide the Petitioner's representation dated 29-05-2026 submitted through the GeM Portal in relation to Bid No. GEM/2026/B/7289523 before proceeding further with the tender process; ANNEXURE- E) b. Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the technical disqualification/rejection of. the Petitioner in Bid No. GEM/2026/B/7289523; (ANNEXURE-G) Issued by Respondent No.6 dated 02.06.2026. c. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to condone the procedural defect relating to non-signing of the Bid Notice document and consequently treat the Petitioner as technically qualified and permit participation in the Financial Bid stage; d. Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including costs. 2. A memo for withdrawal dated 13.07.2026 has been filed signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The petitioner counsel humbly submits before this Hon'ble Court seeking for withdrawal of the above mentioned writ petition before this Hon'ble Court.
