JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 28-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 vide order dated 22.02.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3674 of 2022. 3. Perused the records. 4. Having considered the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52312 of 2026(2) dt.28-07-2026 2/2 approached the same Bench, so long as it was available, for seeking cancellation of the bail granted to O.P. No. 2 or in the alternative, should have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court. This Court cannot sit in appeal over or review the order passed by another learned Single Judge of this Court. 5.
