Mr. Roy appearing for the writ petitioner upon instructions makes a limited submission that the Court should direct the authorities to conclude the proceeding initiated vide memo dated 04.04.2022, without any further delay. 2. In view of the limited nature of prayer and since the charge memo is of April 2022, the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner requires a positive consideration. 3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the charge pending consideration, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the proceedings be concluded by the authorities within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order subject to continued cooperation of the writ petitioner. 4.
