The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; (i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No.4, to provide police protection to the petitioner for the purpose of enforcing the decree in O.S. No.261/2001, by considering the representation dated 03.11.2025 as per Annexure-Q. (ii) Issue any other appropriate writ order or direction that deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interests of justice and equity. 2. Essentially, the petitioner is seeking for Police protection in pursuance of the order dated 15.03.2006 passed by the Execution Court namely, the Court of Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) and JMFC, Malur, in Ex.No.23/2003. Since the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35141 WP No. 3252 of 2026 order was passed in the year 2006, learned counsel for the petitioner vide order dated 23.06.2026 was called upon to verify and make a submission as to whether there are any other orders which had been passed. 3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the execution petition has been disposed of on 18.09.2012 and there are no other orders which have been passed. This Court cannot after 20 years direct police protection for implementation of the order dated 15.03.2006.
