Also heard Mr. H. Gupta, learned CGC; Mr. G. Sarma, learned standing counsel for the FT matters and NRC; Mr. A.I. Ali, learned standing counsel for the ECI; and Mr. H.K. Hazarika, learned Junior Government Advocate for the State respondent. 2. It is submitted that there is an inadvertent typographical error which has crept in one of the pre-pages of the connected writ petition being WP(C)/4934/2025, where the family tree is provided. The description of the error is explained in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this interlocutory application. Accordingly, the applicant, by filing this interlocutory application, has prayed to
Page No.# 3/3 allow the applicant to correct the page disclosing the family tree. 3. Having heard the learned Standing Counsel for the FT and Border matters, the prayer made in this interlocutory application is allowed. 4. The applicant is allowed to file a fresh family tree by providing the same to the AO(J), FT Section. The said Officer, on receipt of the amended copy of the family tree, shall strike out the previous family tree, but retain it on record and the amended copy shall be appended before the said page. The same shall be done within a period of a week from the date of this order. 5.
