Pursuant to the order dated 28th April, 2026 Inspector in Charge, Bidhannagar North Police Station has filed a communication dated 15th July, 2026 and same is taken on record. Copies of the said communication dated 15th July, 2026 are made over to the learned advocates representing petitioner and respondent nos. 4 to 6. 2. It is disclosed in the communication that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner a criminal prosecution being Bidhannager North Police Station Case No. 111 of 2026 dated 23rd 2 June, 2026 is initiated under certain provisions of BNS 2023. 3. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authorities and initiation of criminal prosecution no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises. 5.
