The warrant of attachment of movable property dated:11.11.2025 vide Annexure-F is called into question in this writ petition on several grounds as setout in the memorandum of writ petition. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 4. It is noted that the enquiry was concluded based on the dues statement of the Enforcement Officer order dated 18.04.2022, determining amounts of Rs.2,21,250/- vide order dated 09.06.2023 with respect to two complaints vide Annexure-R3 and Rs.28,12,14,628/- vide order dated 09.05.2024 at Annexure-R4. The 7A orders were accordingly - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35711 WP No. 38358 of 2025 passed. The 7A order dated 09.06.2023 was communicated to the petitioner through post and the postal track reflects that item is delivered and the petitioner has received the same. As far as the 7A order dated 09.05.2024, it has been sent through e-mail. Hence, the petitioner cannot contend that he is not in receipt of these orders. It is pivotal to note that pursuant to the 7A orders, the warrant of attachment of movable was issued on 11.11.2025. The petitioner under these circumstances is before this Court assailing the warrant of attachment of movable property. It is noted that the 7A orders were passed in 2023 and 2024. The petitioner has not assailed the said orders before the appropriate forum well in time. However, he has questioned the measures pursuant to 7A orders. The Court cannot intervene and quash the warrant of attachment when the petitioner has not assailed the 7A orders. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
