This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as ‘Judicial Magistrate-II, Ambattur’ instead of ‘Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore’ in Crl.O.P.No.11162 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026. 3. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents. 4. The FIR in the present case falls within the jurisdiction of the Ambattur Police Station. However, in the order dated 30.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 11162 of 2026, the satisfaction Court has been inadvertently mentioned as "Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore" instead of "Judicial Magistrate No. II, Ambattur".
