(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (438 Cr.P.C.) in case bearing FIR No.86 dated 17.03.2026 under Sections 115(2), 121(1), 132, 190, 191(3), 221, 324(4), 351(3) of BNS (Sections 323, 332, 353, 149, 148, 186, 427 and 506 IPC) registered at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal (Haryana). The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 21.04.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. A reply dated 06.07.2026 filed on behalf of the respondent- State is taken on record. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 21.04.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 21.04.2026 is made absolute.
