The petitioner is employed as a Health Assistant (Female) with admissible pay scale under the existing Rules of the Government of West Bengal. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved that her application has not been considered and has been kept pending by the respondent no. 4. However, as pointed out, the said application is not in the prescribed format nor has it been made in the online mode through the requisite portal. 4. In view thereof, I direct the petitioner to make an application in the prescribed format in the online mode by July 23, 2026. The respondent no. 4 will consider such application in accordance with law and on the basis of the prevalent Rules and Regulations and if found eligible, will direct posting of the petitioner at a place closer to her place of 2 residence as sought for, subject to available vacancies. 5. The entire exercise, as afore-stated, shall be completed by August 31, 2026. 6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
