1. Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023,
seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-1), pending before respondent No.2.
2. Without approaching the Court of the learned Magistrate, the instant petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1). Straightway issuing such directions to the concerned authorities may prejudice the rights of the other side, without affording them an opportunity of hearing. Therefore, no such direction is warranted in exercise of the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed. Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
