P/14) submitted by the petitioner within stipulated time period. 10.4 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be awarded to the peti- tioner including the cost of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sub- mitted representation before the respondent No. 3 seeking payment of retiral dues, including gratuity amounting to Rs. 2,81,400/- and the ex gratia amount. However, the said representation has not yet been con- sidered and decided. He, therefore, confines his prayer to a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not oppose the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the Managing Director/President Chhattisgarh Cooperative Credit Society Maryadit, (respondent No. 3), is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to submit an additional representation/submission along with all relevant documents, if so advised. 5.
