Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person, namely, Sukur Ali Mondal who has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS)1184 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute that the petitioner and Sukur Ali Mondal are not similarly placed. Having considered the submission advanced, petitioner be extended the same benefit as Sukur Ali Mondal and the petitioner, namely, Sekh Arif Hossain @ Arif Sk be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Sukur Ali Mondal in CRM(NDPS)1184 of 2026. 2 Thus, CRM(NDPS) 1010 of 2026 is allowed.
