This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present application is early disposal of the suit bearing CS No.52 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Padmapur. 3. Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2023, this Court is not inclined to pass any specific direction. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move an application before the learned trial court seeking early disposal of the suit.
