Ms. Leena Guleria, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-9 dated 24.02.2026, in terms whereof though the petitioner now stands adjusted at GHS Jansooh, District Hamirpur, but according to the petitioner, she has not been adjusted at the station/school for which she has made a request to be adjusted and said station has been kept vacant. 3. This Court is of the considered view that in light of the fact that the petitioner is holding a State Cadre post and taking into 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:5519 consideration her family circumstances, the Department has been considerate enough to adjust her at GHS Jansooh, District Hamirpur by cancelling her transfer to District Chamba and further taking into consideration the fact that the school where the petitioner has been adjusted is 35 kms away from her place of residence, this petition is dismissed. As prayed for, due and admissible salary, if any, be released in favour of the petitioner. However, dismissal of this petition shall not come in the way of the petition in making a request to the Department for her adjustment at some other station of her choice after some reasonable time, as has been prayed for by learned Counsel for the petitioner.
