However, the Information Bulletin issued by NBEMS for FMGE, requires mandatory submission of NEET UG Scorecard and the petitioners are unable to find or retrieve their NEET-UG 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023 Scorecards. 7. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent No. 1, namely National Testing Agency (“NTA”) has furnished particulars of the petitioners as available in their database, and the same can be perused by this Court to issue directions to treat this order as NEET UG Scorecards. 8. The respondent No. 1, has filed a counter affidavit mentioning relevant details and particulars of the petitioners, which reads as under:- This is a digitally signed order. Accordingly, the respondent No. 2 is directed to treat this Order as a Scorecard for NEET-UG 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023 examination in respect of the petitioners and consequently, the requirement on part of the petitioners to furnish Scorecard of NEET-UG 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023 for FMGE 2026 and also for future FMGE Examinations stands discharged. 8. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any. 9. The counter-affidavit handed over in Court today is taken on record.
