Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were earlier granted statutory bail but subsequently, because of non-appearance, warrant of arrest was issued and they have been taken into custody and since then, they have been in custody for 11 months. 3. Learned advocate appearing for the State on the other hand opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioners have misused the bail which was granted. The records reflect that the case is of the year 2017. For 9 years, the case is continuing because of lapses of the present petitioners. 2 4. In view of the conduct of the present petitioners, their prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. 5. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1180 of 2026 is dismissed. 6.
