The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the representation dated May 23, 2026 made to the respondent Electricity Authorities through the petitioner’s advocate. The WBSEDCL Authorities is represented by Mr. Koley, learned Advocate. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner’s electricity supply has been disconnected without any reason and the petitioner’s representation seeking the reasons behind such disconnection has been left unconsidered. 4. Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties and having considered the materials-on-record, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 i.e. the Station Manager, 2 WBSEDCL to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated May 23, 2026 made through his Advocate (Annexure “P-1” at pages 10 and 11 of the writ petition) in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from date upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5. Needless to mention that the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the said representation within the aforesaid period by way of a reasoned order in accordance with law, which shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing thereof. 6. WPA 14317 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. There shall be no order as to costs. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
