1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 20.04.2023 (Annexure P-1), issued by the respondent, vide which the representations made by the petitioner for dropping of the charge-sheet, has been rejected. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to refund the amount of Rs.3,06,315/-, deposited by the petitioner under protest for getting two year extension of service, with interest.
2. After arguing the case for sometime and realizing that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as there is a considerable delay in approaching the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition.
