Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 17.01.2025 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, which reads as under:
" The undersigned counsel submits that in pursuance of the possession notice issued by the respondent dated 03.10.2023 at Annexure-D, the respondent had taken the possession of the petitioner property. Hence, the writ petition would not survive for consideration, hence it would become infructious. Hence kindly take the same on record, in the interest of justice and equity."
