The Learned Assistant Government for Social Welfare passed on the written instructions signed by the Special Deputy Collector (FAC), Tribal Welfare, K.R. Puram, wherein it is stated that the complaint of the Petitioner was taken cognizance and notices were issued to the Petitioner as well as the Respondent No.5 to produce relevant documents in support of their respective claims, and the issue is under active consideration. 3.
