The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in interfering with the discharge of duties by the Petitioner as Village Organization Assistant (VOA) of Respondent No. 6 Society as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Village Organization Assistant (VOA) of Respondent No.6 Society on 20.09.2019 and has been discharging her duties. As the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 are obstructing to discharge the duties by the Petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 do not have any authority to interfere with the discharge of the duties by the Petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 passed on the signed instructions of the Respondent No.5, wherein it is stated that the Petitioner is now performing the duties of Village Organization Assistant (V.A.O) and she has not been removed from the organization. 3 5. Heard the respective counsel. 6. In view of the submission of the Respondent No.5, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) The Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 are directed not to interfere with the discharge of duties of the Petitioner as VOA of Respondent No. 6 Society. ii) The Written Instructions of the Respondent No.5 are placed on record. iii) There shall be no order as to costs.
