The learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the present matter is covered by the judgment of the Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in the order dated 15.12.2025 in W.P.(C) 5369/2025 Teachers Training College Mirza vs. National Council For Teacher Education & Anr.
