The petitioner have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order directing the respondent No. 1 and 2 to immediately release the retiral dues including Pension & Gratuity to the petitioner in a time bound manner along with 18% interest, till actual payment. 2 / 2 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem and proper in the present circumstances of the case” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondents have not released the retiral dues as well as pension and gratuity of the petitioner till date, even when the petitioner stood retired from service from 31.01.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the pleadings made in the writ petition is not correct. He contended that after the retirement of the petitioner, though with little delay, but arrears of pension has been paid and is getting the reduced pension of 90% continuously since July 2025. 4. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner would submit that many other dues are still pending for which representation is submitted and therefore, direction be issued to the respondents to take decision on the representation at the earliest. 5. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, without observing anything on merits, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondents to take decision on the Annexure-P/5 dated 27.01.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 6.
