Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has referred to the earlier order passed in CRM (M) 2203 of 2025 wherein, there was a direction to complete the six (06) vulnerable witnesses by 15th March, 2026. Learned advocate submits that till date, two (02) witnesses have been examined. 2. Records of the case reflect that the accused made prayer for deferment of the cross-examination of the witnesses after the evidence of the relevant witnesses was over. 3. In view of the accused taking the trial to its own convenience, I am of the opinion that the accused cannot take benefit of the time period prescribed by this Court. 2 4. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 5. The petitioner would renew the prayer for bail after the evidences of the six (06) witnesses are completely over. 6. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (M) 1181 of 2026 is dismissed. 7. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
