Act. In default of payment of fine has to undergo further R.I. for 1 year. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State that the appellant has already been released after serving the entire sentence. 3. Copy of the document has been brought on record. 4. In the said note it has also been mentioned that the appellant after serving the sentence has paid the fine amount also. Since the appellant has paid the fine amount, the only presumption which has been drawn is that he is not interested in pursuing this appeal otherwise he would have not paid the fine amount after his release during pendency of this appeal, thus, this appeal is dismissed. 5. All pending I.A. stands disposed of. 6.
Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent back to the Court concerned forthwith. (ANANDA SEN, J.)
