On 23.02.2026, the respondent herein filed a memo to allow the MC petition and to grant decree of divorce to the petitioner in MC No.159/2021. 2. On 02.03.2023, the respondent herein also filed another memo for non claiming of maintenance in MC No.159/2021 pending before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at K.G.F and would claim in a pending DV case. 3. The present petition was filed challenging the maintenance order dated 14.10.2024 when the respondent herself has filed a memo to dispose off the petition without any claim - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19487 WP No. 39321 of 2025 for maintenance, the present petition do not survive.
