JUSTICE K.MANMADHA RAO ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 08.04.2026 stating that the dispute has been settled between the parties and nothing survives for consideration. 2. The memo is taken on record. The memo reads as under: "1. On 23.02.2026, the respondent herein filed a memo to allow the MC petition and to grant decree of divorce to the petitioner in MC No.159/2021. 2. On 02.03.2023, the respondent herein also filed another memo for non claiming of maintenance in MC No.159/2021 pending before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at K.G.F and would claim in a pending DV case. 3. The present petition was filed challenging the maintenance order dated 14.10.2024 when the respondent herself has filed a memo to dispose off the petition without any claim - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19487 WP No. 39321 of 2025 for maintenance, the present petition do not survive. Under the circumstances, the same may be placed on record and the present petition may be disposed off in the interest of equity and justice." 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the memo, the petition is disposed of. In view of the disposal of the petition, pending IA’s, if any, stand disposed of.
