He submits that considering the petitioner's period of incarceration, the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the case within a stipulated time frame reserving liberty to the petitioner to renew his application before the Trial Court in the event trial is not completed within the stipulated period. 2.
