Tarafdar …for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Judge, 3rd Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in Money Suit No. 661 of 2019 expeditiously. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said application is otherwise ready for hearing and 12th June, 2026 was fixed for hearing of such application. He submits that the hearing of the said application was adjourned on 12th June, 2026. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, 3rd Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta, to take up the hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed, if the same are otherwise ready for hearing and shall make all endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
