Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 30.03.2026 to transfer the patta on his favour in respect of the property in Survey No. 384/1A situated at Kerakodahalli Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 30.03.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
