Learned counsel submits that the petitioners were working as Junior Accountants and sought revision of pay scale of Rs.6500-10500 based on judgment in Dharam Singh Dhankar and others Vs State of Haryana and others, CWP-13982-1996, decided on 27.01.1997, which stood implemented vide letter dated 18.12.1997, Annexure P2. However, the claim has remained undecided till date and the Managing Director had requested the Registrar Cooperative Society for according approval, on which no decision has been taken. He makes a limited prayer to direct respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the decision shall be taken, expeditiously, preferably within six months, if already not. 3. Disposed of accordingly. 4. In case the order is against the petitioners, they would be at liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law. 5. Photocopy of this order be placed on the connected file(s).
