The present application has been filed with the prayer for correcting the typographical mistake occurred at paras 3, 4 and 5 of the order dated 21-01-2026 passed by this court in WP(C) No. 330 of 2024. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that at paras 3, 4 and 5(i) of the aforesaid order dated 21-01-2026 passed by this court, instead of Department of Education (S), it has been wrongly recorded as Department of SCERT. The learned counsel prays for correcting the said word “SCERT” mentioned in paras 3, 4 and 5(i) of the said order by the word “Education (S)”. Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said correction.
