CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN DATE : 30th January, 2026 P C :
The present writ appeal, in our opinion, is totally misconceived as no specific directions were given in the judgment and order impugned in which the learned single Judge categorically held that the petitioner had neither illustrated any instances in the writ petition nor any action initiated by respondent Nos.4 & 5 to prove his cause of action in the present writ petition. It was also held that the petition filed by the petitioner was on mere apprehensions and without any cause of action.
2 HCJ & CGR, J WA_35_2026
