Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 28.11.2025 wherein direction was passed to at least complete five other independent witnesses by 15.04.2026. Petitioner submits that there has been no progress in the trial since such order was passed. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the Case Diary. I find that the order dated 28.11.2025 even is accepted to be correct was produced before the learned trial Court on 02.04.2026. Consequently, six months automatically the prosecution is supposed to get from 02.04.2026. 2 Having regard to the same at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner in CRM (M) 1195 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
