Drawing attention of this Court towards para-13 of the instant bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is next submitted that the petitioner had already sold his said vehicle to one Ajay Kumar Mandal on 12.02.2025 and the petitioner has also responded to the notice under Section 35 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 issued to him. It is also submitted that the co-accused, with similar allegations, has already been given the privileges of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.11.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.6623 of 2025.
