Mr. Ram Kishan Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, has placed reliance upon the order dated 22.04.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13585/2020 titled as Mukesh & Ors. [2026:RJ-JP:14365] (2 of 2) [CW-6173/2026] Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and other connected matters, and also on the order dated 04.07.2025 passed by the Co- ordinate Bench in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9796/2025 titled as Ram Ratan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and seeks disposal of the present writ petition in terms of the directions issued in the said orders. 2. The said submissions are not disputed by learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the respondents by filing a fresh application for conferment of their rights, and the respondents are directed to decide the said representation keeping in mind the decision passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1878/1982 titled as Ishwar & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and subsequent decisions. 4. In case, the petitioners file the representation within a period of two weeks from today, the same would be decided by the respondents expeditiously in accordance with law, but in no case later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation by passing a speaking and reasoned order. 5. Needless to say, this order has been passed only to decide the petitioners representation strictly in accordance with law and in no manner is to be construed as a direction to decide the said representation in a particular manner. 6.
