This is an application filed by the intervener (respondent No. 7) to intervene in the above titled contempt petition. It is submitted in the application that the order which is subject matter of the present contempt petition stands modified by the Division Bench as such the present contempt petition cannot be continued. 3. Ms. Saiqa, Advocate submits that the contempt petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as is available under law. 4. CM disposed of. CCP(S) No. 74/2025: 5.
