Counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that it is the case of the petitioner that the entire retirement benefits of the late husband of the petitioner have not been paid. It is also the case of the petitioner that the family pension is also not being disbursed to the petitioner. 3. Counsel on behalf of the respondents submits that the husband of the petitioner has died on 6.6.2003 while being in service. This petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2026. 4. Considering the said submission and going through the writ petition, I find that the petitioner prays for grant of entire retiral benefits of her husband namely Late Rudal Chaudhari and also prays for benefit under the second ACP along with pension. 5. The husband of the petitioner was the driver in the Irrigation Division, Barharwa, District, Sahebganj and it is the case of the petitioner that her husband died in harness. The petitioner has 2026:JHHC:9268 2 admittedly filed representation on 6.5.2025 and it is the claim of the petitioner that she has not received any amount. 6. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No.2, i.e. the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Deoghar within six weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of the order. 7. The respondent No.2, i.e. the Chief Engineer will verify the records and if it is found that nothing has been paid to the petitioner, he will pay all the retirement benefits of the husband to the legal heirs of the employee within a period of 10 weeks. 8. If it is necessary for the petitioner to fill up the form, etc., the respondent No.2 will nominate a person, who will help the petitioner to complete all the formalities. Once the representation is filed, an appropriate order will be passed by the respondents and the same should be communicated to the petitioner at the earliest. If any amount is payable, the same should be paid to the petitioner within four weeks after the decision taken by the Respondents. 9.
