1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 Direct the respondents to make the payment of compensation due to be paid under the Review (Reference) Award (Annexure - P/2); 10.2 Pass any other order or orders as may be deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the interest on the compensation awarded is also disbursed in favour of the petitioner through cheque dated 09/06/2023 of Rs.5,21,878/-.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after receipt of the said information from the counsel for respondent No.2, he has verified this fact and according to his instructions, the interest as stated to be paid by respondent No.2, has been deposited in the account of the petitioner.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts of the case, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
