It is disclosed in the communication dated 9th July, 2026 that on completing further investigation final report was filed on 6th April, 2026 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Calcutta. 3. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authorities and final report on completion of 2 further investigation was submitted no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition is disposed of. 4.
