1.
The Present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the respondents, calling for the records relating to the impugned termination proceedings dated 12.12.2025, issued by the 5th Respondent – Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Project, Banaganapalli. 2. The Contention of the petitioner is that the impugned order passed by the 5th respondent is contrary to the record. In fact, the respondents have issued show cause notice on 03.11.2025, and the petitioner has filed a reply through an advocate on 02.12.2025, and the same is placed on record. The said certificate has been received by the 5th respondent on 06.12.2025, but surprisingly, the 5th respondent has made the following observations:
“In the reference 5th cited a show cause notice was issued by register post on 03.11.2025 through registered post to Smt V. Maha Lakshmi Anganwadi Worker, C. Kanala Village, Sanjamala Mandal. As the individual was not residing in the village, the post was redirected to address where the individual is residing. The individual has acknowledged the receipt of the show cause notice. But she has not submitted the reply/explanation to the show cause notice so far.”
3. On perusal of said observation, the same is contrary to the record. In view of the said facts, without going into merits of the case, the impugned order is
liable to be set aside, directing the 5th respondent once again to consider the application made on 02.12.2025 through an advocate and, if required, by providing an opportunity. The said exercise may be completed within one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. _____________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH Date :27.01.2026 RMD
