The submission of counsel for applicant/ writ petitioner is that due to cancellation of registration of petitioner- Samiti, the appeal pending before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, has become infructuous and therefore, it is imperative for the petitioner to seek restoration of his registration and than to pursue its appeal before the Tribunal. 3. Surprisingly, no order-sheet or other material have been produced by the applicant/writ petitioner to substantiate the contention, hence, in absence of same, there is no reason to recall the order dated 02.04.2025. 4.
