2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Ibrahim Ali has prayed for releasing him on bail, as he is facing trial in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 13(N)/2026 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Nagaon.
3. In this case, both the non-official and official witnesses are to be examined. Apart from that, all other witnesses have been examined.
4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides.
5. This Court is of the opinion that allowing the petitioner to go on bail at this stage would hamper the early disposal of the case before the Trial Court.
6. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is found to be devoid of merit and stands rejected. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
